Freezer MapTerms of Use
1. Agreement
These Terms apply to the Freezer Map app for iPhone (the “App”), published by the Freezer Map developer (“we”, “us”). The App is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “EULA”), which is the primary license agreement for the App. These Terms add details about the App and Freezer Map Plus. If they conflict with the EULA, the EULA prevails.
By downloading or using the App you agree to the EULA and these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Not a food-safety tool
Freezer Map is an inventory tool. It does not assess whether food is safe to eat and does not determine shelf life, freshness or expiry. Suggestions such as which package to use next are based only on the information you enter. Always use your own judgement and follow the product labelling and food-safety guidance that applies to you.
3. Free plan and Freezer Map Plus
The App can be used for free with up to 2 active freezers and 30 active packages. Freezer Map Plus removes these limits and unlocks additional features described in the App, such as the weekly reminder and label printing. Plus is offered as:
- a monthly subscription;
- an annual subscription with a 7-day free trial for eligible customers;
- a one-time lifetime purchase, which does not renew.
Prices are shown in the App before you buy, in the currency of your App Store country, and may differ between countries.
4. Payment, renewal and cancellation
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings: apps.apple.com/

Cancelling stops the next renewal; Plus stays active until the end of the paid period.subscriptions - If you start the free trial, the subscription begins and is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before that. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies: reportaproblem.apple.com.
- To restore a purchase on a new or reinstalled device, tap Restore purchases in the App (Settings → Freezer Map Plus or the Freezer Map Plus screen) while signed in with the same Apple Account.
5. When Plus ends
If a subscription ends or is refunded, your data is not deleted. You keep all freezers, packages and history. The Free limits apply again when you add new freezers or packages, and Plus-only features, such as the weekly reminder, stop working.
6. Your data and backups
Your inventory is stored only on your device (see the Privacy Policy). We have no copy of it and cannot recover it if your device is lost, the App is deleted or data is erased. You are responsible for your data: please make regular JSON backups from the App’s Settings and keep them somewhere safe.
7. Acceptable use
Use the App only for lawful purposes and in line with the EULA and the App Store rules.
8. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that the information in it is accurate or complete.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of data, or spoiled or discarded food arising from the use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability or consumer rights that cannot be limited under the law of your country.
10. Changes
We may update the App and these Terms. Material changes to these Terms will be published on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
